المبادئ المستخلصة
لا محل للقول بأن الحكومة ليس لها اشتراط دفع الفوائد فى عقودها فان مثلها فى ذلك مثل الأفراد تماما وليس ما يمنعها من اشتراط ما تشاء من الفوائد بشرط مراعاة القانون .

COURT OF APPEAL. 18 DECEMBER 1922. MM. Mohammad Mehrez Pasha (Pres.); Mohammad Mostafa Bey, Mohammad Allam Pasha (JJ.). PUBLIC DOMINIONS ADMINISTRATION v. MOHAMMAD ABDO EL GAZZAR. Interests—Stipulation thereof by the Government.—(Art. 125 C.C.) There is no impediment whatsoever which prevents the Government from stipulating, in its contracts, the payment of interests within the legal bounds. The Government in such a case, should be treated on the same basis as individuals.
