TRIBUNAL OF KENEH (Judgment on Appeal). 7 April 1903. MM. Ahmad Zoulficar Bey (Pres.); Zaki Barzi Effendi, Muhammad Badreddin Effendi (JJ.). MIKHAIL JOACHIM AND OTHERS v. MAHMOUD HUSSEIN AND OTHERS (C.C. Arts. 205, 82). Prescription—Interruption—Citation to appear—Incompetent Court. Prescription is interrupted by a citation to appear even before a court which is incompetent, although the Egyptian Civil Code has not expressly dealt with this point.
