المبادئ المستخلصة
التوافق المنصوص عليه فى المادة ٢٠٧ من قانون العقوبات معناه اتحاد ارادة المتهمين جميعا على الايذاء ولا يشترط أن يكون هناك اتفاق بينهم حاصل من قبل يستلزم وجود الاصرار السابق على ايقاع الأذى .

STATE REPRESENTATIVE. Assault—Band or gathering acting in concert. (Art. 207 P.C.) By the words "acting in concert" in Article 207 P.C. is meant the common will of the aggressors to commit acts of violence. It is not necessary that there should have been a preconcerted agreement between them implying premeditation. See, Cass. Dec. 7, 1912 (O.B. XIV, No. 30).

Le "commun accord" dont fait mention l'article 207 C.P., s'entend de la volonté commune des coupables de commettre des voies de fait, sans qu'il y ait eu nécessairement un accord préalable impliquant la préméditation.
