COURT OF APPEAL 5 March 1901 MM. Cassem Amin Bey (Pres.); Coghlan, Perry (JJ.). MUHAMMAD CASSEM MANSOUR AND OTHERS v. MUBARKA KASSEM MANSOUR (Decree 19 Nov. 1896, Art. 5.—O. D. Arts. 15 and 16.—C. C. Art. 232). Jurisdiction of Native Tribunals—Guardianship—Accounts—Approval by the Meglis el Hasby. The approval of the accounts of a guardian by the Meglis el Hasby, does not deprive the parties interested of their right to dispute the accounts before the Native Tribunals.
