SELIM ABDALLAH EL-KORACHI Undue influence—Criminal prosecution—Person under disability. (P.C. art. 294). Art. 294 P.C. only applies to a case where the party prejudiced is subject to a disability specified in the article, and has no application to persons subject to other disabilities such as interdiction.

L'art. 294 C.P. ne s'applique qu'au cas où la personne qui a subi le préjudice est atteinte d'une incapacité y expressément mentionnée. Cet article ne doit pas recevoir application lorsqu'il s'agit de personnes atteintes d'une autre incapacité, telle que l'interdiction.
