فى حالة صدور حكم على عائد سبق الحكم عليه وهو منتحل لنفسه أسماء مختلفة يحسن لصالح العمل فى قلم السوابق وقلم تحقيق الشخصية ان تبين كافة الاسماء التى حكم عليه وهو منتحل لها
Summary (English)
Circular of the Committee of Judicial Surveillance. 28 MAY 1906, No. 11. Recidivism—Conviction under several names. Where a recidivist has been previously convicted under different names, the Court should, in view of the requirements of the " casier judiciaire, " state all the names under which he has been convicted.

Circulaire du Comité de Surveillance Judiciaire. 28 MAI 1906, N° 11. Récidive — Condamnations sous divers noms. En cas de condamnation d'un récidiviste qui a été précédemment condamné sous divers noms, le jugement devrait, en vue du casier judiciaire, faire mention de tous les noms sous lesquels l'individu a été condamné.
