المبادئ المستخلصة
تعتبر « شركة الاسواق » بالنسبة لما تحصله من رسوم الذبيح من ملتزمى الرسوم أو العوائد أو الاموال ونحوها بالمعنى المقصود منهم فى المادة « ٩٩ » عقوبات وعلى ذلك اذا أخذ أحد موظفى الشركة زيادة عن المستحق حوكم بمقتضى المادة المذكورة (١) (١) راجع الجزء الثالث من مجموعة عقود الحكومة المطبوعة باللغة الفرنسية بمعرفة نظارة المالية صحيفة ١٩ وما بعدها

BOCTOR ABD-EL-MALEK v. STATE REPRESENTATIVE Unlawful exactions—Farmer of Government dues—“Egyptian Markets Limited.” (P.C. art. 99.) The “Egyptian Markets Limited” is, as regards the collection of slaughter-house dues, a farmer of Government dues within the meaning of art. 99 P.C.
