Theft—Aggravating circumstance—Violence—Theft committed by several persons—Use of violence by one of the thieves—Effect as regards the others. (Art. 271 P.C.) When a theft has been committed by several persons and one of them has used violence, the effect of such aggravating circumstance applies to all the thieves without distinction.
