SUMMARY TRIBUNAL EL WAILY. 9 DECEMBER 1922. M. Osman Bey Youssef (J.). EL SHEIKH MUHAMMAD MUHAMMAD ALY EL BANNA v. EL SHEIKH ABDALLA ALAM AND OTHERS. Verification of document — Documents for purposes of comparison—"Serghi" of the letters of the University of El Azhar — Inadmissibility. The serghi (register) concerning the delivery of letters despatched by the University of El Azhar is not considered as a public document within the meaning of Article 261 C.C.C.Pr. Such serghi, therefore, cannot be admitted for purposes of comparison.
