STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND ANOTHER. Forgery — Public document — Elements of offence — Clearance of canals — Contract signed by an inspector of irrigation acting on behalf of the Ministry of Public Works.—(Arts. 179 and 180 P.C.) Should be considered as an official document within the meaning of Article 179 P.C., the contract for the purpose of canal clearance signed by a contractor and an inspector of irrigation acting on behalf of the Ministry of Public Works.
