Partition of Property—Co-owner under age—Ratification by court—Authority of infant's father.—(Arts. 456 and 130 C.C.—Art. 420, Code of Muhammadan Personal Law.) Article 456 C.C. which requires partition of property to be ratified by the Tribunal of First Instance, where one of the co-owners is a minor, is not applicable to a partition of property to which the father of the co-owner under age has consented as being the legal guardian (Wali) of the latter.
