لأولاد المحجور عليه حق الاشتراك فى مناقشة الحساب المقدم من القيم للمجلس الحسبى، فاذا صادق المجلس على الحساب فى غيبتهم كانت مصادقته باطلة ووجب الغاؤها.

ISMAIL ASSEM BEY. Curator—Rendering of accounts—Approval by the Meglis Hasby—Conditions. (Art. 30, Regulations of January 26, 1897, concerning Meglis Hasby.) The children of a person placed under interdiction are entitled to take part in the discussion of accounts furnished by the curator to the Meglis Hasby. The approval of the accounts by the Meglis in the absence of such children cannot be valid and must be quashed.
