Opposition, civil — Joint and several defendants—Judgment given on appearance as regards some of the defendants and by default as regards the others—Effects of opposition. Where judgment is given against several defendants jointly and severally, the judgment being on appearance as regards some of them, and by default as regards the others, the former are entitled to take advantage of the opposition made by the latter.
