COURT OF APPEAL. 6 JANUARY 1920. MM. Muhammad Mehrez Pasha (Pres.); Soudan, Clapcott (JJ.). DAME ZAKIA HANEM v. AHMAD EFFENDI MUKHTAR AND OTHERS. Wakf—Land constituted in wakf—Cattle and agricultural implements. Cattle and agricultural implements on land in respect of which wakf has been constituted, do not become wakf property unless the deed of constitution contains an express provision to that effect. See, Art. 49 of KADRY PASHA's Wakf.
