TRIBUNAL OF CAIRO. 18 DECEMBER 1918. MM. Fawzy Gorgy El Moteï Bey (Pres.); Williams, Ibrahim Fawzy Bey (JJ.). SHEIKH HASSANEIN MOTAWE v. MINISTRY OF WAKFS. Extinctive prescription—Term of 360 days—Legal costs. (Arts. 208, 210 C.C.). The costs which one party has been ordered to pay to his adversary are prescribed by the lapse of the ordinary term of fifteen years ; they cannot be assimilated to sums due to bailiffs and registrars for the costs of legal documents, which are prescribed by the lapse of 360 days. Les frais auxquels une partie a été condamnée au profit de son adversaire se prescrivent par le délai ordinaire de quinze ans, et ne peuvent être assimilés aux sommes dues aux huissiers et greffiers pour frais d'actes, lesquelles se prescrivent par 360 jours.
