DAME SEMBER HANEM. Interdiction — Prodigality — Effect as regards the appointment of a testamentary tutor by the interdicted person prior to interdiction. The placing of a person under interdiction for prodigality has no effect as regards the appointment of a testamentary tutor made by him prior to interdiction.
