يجب دفع الرسوم التى قررتها المادة ١٣ من لائحة استعمال الطرق العمومية الصادرة فى ٣١ مايو سنة ١٨٨٥ فى حالة إشغال الرصيف كما يجب دفعها لإشغال أى جزء آخر من الطريق .

COURT OF APPEAL. 15 MAY 1918. MM. Ahmad Mussa Pasha (Pres.) : Muhammad Sidky Pasha, Soudan (JJ.). KAMIL MAKAR BEY v. MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS AND OTHERS. Public highway—Occupation—Foot-path—Tax. (Art. 13, Regulations of May 31, 1885, as to the Occupation of the Public Highway.) The tax imposed by Article 13 of the Regulations of May 31, 1885, concerning the occupation of the public highway, is payable in respect of the occupation of the foot-path as of any other part of the public highway.
