اذا وضع جزار خارج السلخانة ماء فى اللحم المعدّ للبيع عنده بقصد زيادة وزنه عدّ عمله غشا بالمعنى المقصود فى المادة ٣٠٢ عقوبات وليس فقط مخالفة للمادة ٣٣ من لائحة السلخانات .

HUSSEIN AHMAD SHARKAWI. Adulteration of food-stuffs—Meat—Addition of water. (Art. 302 P.C.—Art. 33, Regulations on Slaughter-houses of Nov. 23, 1893.) The addition, by a butcher, of water to the meat which he retails, outside the slaughter-house, with the object of increasing its weight, constitutes the offence of adulteration provided for by Article 302 P.C., and not only a contravention under Article 33 of the Regulations on Slaughter-houses.

Le fait par un boucher d'ajouter de l'eau à la viande qu'il débite, en dehors de l'abattoir, afin d'en augmenter le poids, constitue une falsification dans le sens de l'article 302 C.P., et non simplement une contravention aux termes de l'article 33 du Règlement sur les Abattoirs.
