لا تسرى المادة ٩٠ من لائحة السجون التى تعاقب على إدخال بعض الأشياء الممنوعة فى السجون على من أعطى تبغا لمسجون وهو خارج السجن .

SUMMARY TRIBUNAL OF ASSIUT. 10 September 1918. MM. Mohammed Ezzat Effendi (J); Mohammad Khalil Effendi (State Rep.). STATE REPRESENTATIVE v. ALY MOHAMMAD ALY. Prisons—Introduction of prohibited articles. (Art. 90 of the Prisons Regulations, promulgated by Decree of February 9, 1901.) Article 90 of the Prisons Regulations, which punishes the introduction into prisons of certain prohibited articles, is not applicable in the case of a person who gives tobacco to a prisoner while outside the prison establishment.

L'article 90 du Règlement des Prisons, qui punit l'introduction dans les prisons de certains articles prohibés, n'est pas applicable à celui qui a donné du tabac à un prisonnier alors que celui-ci se trouvait en dehors de la prison.
