المبادئ المستخلصة
ان المادة ٢٩٨ عقوبات وهى التى تعاقب على سرقة السندات والأوراق المقدمة للمحاكم تسرى على من يسرق من ملف دعوى مذكرة كتابية تتضمن دفاعه عن نفسه قدمها للمحكمة ثم سرقها ليبدلها بغيرها ٠

COURT OF CASSATION. 26 AUGUST 1918. MM. Yahia Ibrahim Pasha (Pres.) ; Halton, Abdel Rahman Rida Bey. Hussein Darwish Bey, Hill (JJ.); Mustafa Hilmy Bey (State Rep.). HAMID ZAKI EL SAYED v. STATE REPRESENTATIVE. Purloining of documents produced in court—Memorial. (Art. 298 P.C.) Article 298 P.C., which punishes the act of purloining documents of title or other documents produced in court, is applicable to a person who, after having placed in the file of the court a written memorial of his defence, purloined it and replaced it by another.
