MINISTER OF JUSTICE v. DAME FATMA BENT MUHAMMAD ALY AGHA. Meglis Hasby—Jurisdiction—Lease granted by curator of Wakf property belonging to an interdicted person—Authorization—Mehkemeh. The Meglis Hasbys have no jurisdiction to authorize a curator to grant a lease, for a long period, of wakf property belonging to the interdicted person, such matter being within the jurisdiction of the Mehkemehs.
