المبادئ المستخلصة
الوزارة هى «الحكومة» المنصوص عنها فى المادة ١٥١ من قانون العقوبات . فكل تحريض على كراهة الوزارة و بغضها أو الازدراء بها بالصياح فى الطريق العام معاقب عليه بمقتضى المادة المذكورة . راجع حكم محكمة أسيوط الجزئية الرقيم ١٥ يونيه سنة ١٩٢١ (المجموعة الرسمية السنة الثانية والعشرين عدد ٩١) .

COURT OF CASSATION. 26 NOVEMBER 1921. MM. Percival (Pres.) ; Ahmad Moussa Pasha, Caloyanni, Fawzy El Mote'y Bey, Muhammad Mazhar Bey (JJ.) ; Hamed Shoukry Bey (State Rep.). ABDEL MAGEED DAOUD v. STATE REPRESENTATIVE. Offences committed by means of publication—Incitement to hatred or contempt of government—"Ministry" and "Government."—(Arts. 151, 148 P.C.) The "Ministry" is the "Government" within the meaning of Article 151 P.C. Consequently, the act of uttering, in public, cries which incite to hatred or contempt of the Ministry falls under the terms of the above-mentioned article. See, Sum. ABDEL MAGUID DAOUD contre MINISTÈRE PUBLIC. Infractions commises par la publicité — Excitation à la haine ou au mépris du Gouvernement—"Ministère" et "Gouvernement."—(Art. 151, 148 C.P.) Le "Ministère" est le "Gouvernement" au sens de l'article 151 C.P.
