تذاكر توزيع السكر تصبح من الأوراق الأميرية متى حصل التوقيع عليها من أحد موظفى الحكومة المنوط به رسميا الاشراف على هذا التوزيع . فكل تزوير يقع فى هذه الأوراق يعتبر قانونا من التزويرات التى تحصل فى الأوراق الأميرية .

COURT OF CASSATION. 30 MAY 1921. MM. Ahmad Talaat Pasha (Pres.); Abdel Rahman Rida Pasha, Hill, Saleh Hakky Bey, Hafez Abdel Naby Bey, (JJ.); Hamed Shoukry Bey (State Rep.). MUHAMMAD MUHAMMAD MESHREF v. STATE REPRESENTATIVE. Forgery in public documents—Elements of offence—Tickets for distribution of commodities—Public documents—(Arts. 174, 179, 180 P.C.). Tickets for distribution of sugar are rendered public documents, when signed by the government official in charge of the work of supervising the distribution thereof. Counterfeiting such tickets constitutes a forgery in public documents.

MOHAMED MOHAMED MECHREF contre MINISTÈRE PUBLIC. Faux en écriture publique—Eléments de l'infraction—Billets de distribution des denrées—Acte public.—(Art. 174, 179, 180 C.P.) Les billets de distribution du sucre revêtent le caractère public, lorsqu'ils portent la signature de l'employé qui en surveille la distribution. Toute contrefaçon dans ces billets constitue donc un faux en écriture publique.
