المبادئ المستخلصة
طبقا للمادة الثامنة من الأمر العالى الصادر فى ١٩ نوفمبر سنة ١٨٩٦ الخاص بالمجالس الحسبية — تنتهى الوصاية عند بلوغ القاصر سن الثامنة عشرة ما لم يكن المجلس الحسبى قرر استمرارها . وقد حكم بعدم قبول طلب استمرار الوصاية اذا قدم بعد بلوغ القاصر سن الرشد .

SUPERIOR MEGLIS HASBY. 5 MARCH 1922. MM. Ahmad Talaat Pasha (Pres.); Muhammad Mehrez Pasha, Abu Bakr Yahia Pasha. El Sheikh Muhammad Mustafa El Maraghy, Hassan Hosny Bey (Members). MANSOUR HASSAN DAGHMASH v. DAME HANEM BENT ALY SHATAT. Meglis Hasby—Guardinaship--Termination--Demand for continuation—Admissibility—Condition.—(Art. 8, Decree of November 19, 1896.) Under Article 8 of the Decree of November 19, 1896, concerning Meglis Hasbys, guardianship comes to an end as soon as the minor attains the age of 18, unless the Meglis Hasby orders the continuation thereof. Held, that an application for the continuation of guardianship is inadmissible, where it is made after the minor has attained the said age of majority.

MANSOUR HASSAN DAGHMACH contre DAME HANEM BENT ALI CHATAT. Méglis Hasby — Tutelle — Cessation — Demande de maintien—Recevabilité—Condition.—(Art. 8, Déc. du 19 nov. 1896.) D'après l'article 8 du Décret du 19 novembre 1896 sur les Méglis Hasbys, la tutelle prendra fin dès que le mineur aura atteint l'âge de dix-huit ans, à moins que le Méglis Hasby n'en ait décidé le maintien. Jugé, qu'une demande de maintien de la tutelle est irrecevable, si elle est présentée après que le mineur ait atteint l'âge de majorité.
