DAME FERDOSS HANEM AND ANOTHER. Meglis Hasby—Appeal before Superior Meglis Hasby—Time-limit—Calculation—Gregorian calendar.—(Art. 2, Law No. 5 of 1911.) The time-limits fixed for lodging appeal from decisions of the Meglis Hasbys before the Superior Meglis Hasby must, in the same way as those fixed by the Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure, be calculated according to the Gregorian Calendar.
