SUPERIOR MEGLIS HASBY. 29 JUNE 1921. MM. Muhammad Mehrez Pasha (Pres.); Saleh Hakky Bey, Hafez Abdel Naby Bey, El Sheikh Muhammad Mustafa El Maraghy, Hassan Hosny Bey (Members). MINISTER OF JUSTICE v. PRINCESS SHEWICAR. Curator—Rendering of accounts—Approval by the Meglis Hasby—Presence of the relatives of the interdicted person.—(Art. 7, Decree of Nov. 19, 1896, amended by Law No. 10 of 1918.) The relatives of an interdicted person are entitled to be present at the examination by the Meglis Hasby of the accounts furnished by the curator, and to discuss such accounts before they are approved by the Meglis.
