المبادئ المستخلصة
ليس فى القانون رقم ١٠ لسنة ١٩١٤ الصادر بشأن التجمهر نص ما يقضى بقصر تطبيقه على التجمهر الذى يكون ذا غرض سياسى فقط . ولذلك تسرى أحكام هذا القانون على التجمهر الذى يراد به منع حفلة زفاف .

STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND ANOTHER. Unlawful assemblies—Non-political offences. (Law No. 10 of 1914.) Law No. 10 of 1914 as to unlawful assemblies contains no provisions restricting its application to assemblies having a political object in view. Held, therefore, that an assembly of persons, the object of which is to prevent a marriage procession, comes within the terms of the Law in question. Cf., Cass., June 30, 1917 (O.B. La loi n° 10 de 1914 sur les Rassemblements ne contient aucun texte qui en restreigne l'application aux rassemblements ayant un but politique. Jugé, par conséquent, qu'un rassemblement de personnes, ayant en vue d'empêcher une procession de mariage, tombe sous l'application de la dite loi. Cf. Cass., 30 juin 1917 (B.O. XVIII, n° 101. I).
