سقوط حق البائع فى مطالبة المشترى بتكملة الثمن بعد مرور سـنة من تاريخ العقد دفع يجوز ابداؤه فى أية حالة كانت عليها الدعوى فللمشترى أن يدفع به لأوّل مرّة أمام المحكمة الاستئنافية .

The one year's prescription of the vendor's action for supplement of price may be set up by the purchaser at any stage of the proceedings, even on appeal.
