الحكم الصادر فى مواجهة أحد الدائنين بصورية عقد بيع وبطلانه يستفيد منه كل الدائنين الذين لهم أن يتمسكوا به سواء كانت ديونهم سابقة على تاريخ البيع أو لاحقة به .

COURT OF APPEAL. 26 MARCH 1914. MM. Yehia Ibrahim Pasha (Pres.); Muhammad Mehrez Pasha, Percival (JJ.). EL SITT NAZLA BINT EL SHEIKH ABUL EINEIN MOHSEN v. RIZK FARAG EL SAYEGH AND OTHERS. Simulation—Effect of judgment. A judgment obtained by a creditor by which an alleged sale has been declared simulated and void against creditors enures for the benefit of all creditors irrespective of whether they are anterior or posterior in date to the alleged sale.

Simulation — Effet d'un jugement. Un jugement obtenu par un créancier qui déclare qu'une prétendue vente est simulée et sans effet à l'égard des créanciers profite à tous les créanciers sans qu'il importe que ceux-ci soient antérieurs ou postérieurs en date à la prétendue vente.
