AHMAD BEY YOUSEF AND OTHERS Co-ownership of land—Ownership of engine installed by one owner. Where one co-owner of undivided land installed a new irrigation engine on the land at his own expense, and claimed to be solely entitled to it, it was held that the other co-owner could claim a share in the engine subject to his paying a proportionate part of its price. CHEIKH MOHAMED YOUSSEF EL GAZALI contre AHMED BEY YOUSSEF ET AUTRES Co-propriétaires d'un terrain — Propriété d'une machine installée par un seul propriétaire. Un des co-propriétaires indivis d'un terrain installa une nouvelle machine d'irrigation sur le terrain à ses propres frais, et prétendit en être seul propriétaire. Il fut jugé : que l'autre propriétaire avait le droit d'en réclamer la copropriété en payant sa part proportionnelle du prix. Cf. B.L.J. XIV, p. 284.
