لناظر الوقف الجديد أن يكلف الناظر القديم بتقديم حساب عن الاعيان الموقوفة فى الحال والماضى شامل للايرادات والمصروفات مدة تنظره لان هذا الحساب لازم ليتنى للناظر الجديد حسن ادارة الوقف

COURT OF APPEAL 25 NOVEMBER 1912. MM. Abdel Aziz Kahil Bey (Pres.) ; Alston. Muhammad Tewfik Nessim Bey (JJ.). EL SITT HAFIZA BINT AHMAD SHALABY v. WAKF ADMINISTRATION. Wakf—Accounts of Nazir—Right of new Nazir. A newly appointed nazir of a wakf is entitled to demand from his predecessor an account showing, not merely the present state of the wakf property, but all the receipts and expenditure during the period of his administration. Such an account is necessary to enable the new nazir properly to administer the wakf.

EL SITT HAFIZA BINT AHMED CHALLABY contre L'ADMINISTRATION DES WAKFS Wakf — Comptes réclamés par le nouveau nazir. Un nouveau nazir d'un wakf est en droit de demander à son prédécesseur des comptes indiquant, non seulement l'état actuel des biens wakfs, mais les recettes et les dépenses pendant toute la période de sa gestion. De tels comptes sont nécessaires pour mettre le nouveau nazir à même d'administrer le wakf d'une manière convenable.
