Summary (English)
(O. D. Art. 15, para. 1.) Jurisdiction—Curator—Person under interdiction. In actions brought against a person under interdiction who is a native, but whose curator is a foreigner, the native tribunals have jurisdiction, since the nationality of the person under interdiction is alone to be considered.

(Déc. Réorg., art. 15, § 1.) Compétence — Curateur — Interdit. Les Tribunaux indigènes connaissent de toute action intentée contre un interdit indigène pourvu d'un curateur étranger, la nationalité de l'interdit intéressé devant être seule prise en considération.
