حصر المشرع حق المرافعة أمام المحاكم الاهليـة فى الاشخاص المبينين بالامر العالى الصادر فى ١٦ سبتمبر سنة ١٨٩٣ ويشمل ذلك المرافعة الشفهية أمام المحاكم كما يشمل جميع الاجراءآت القضائية المنصوص عنها فى القانون وبناء عليه تكون المعارضة فى أمر تقدير الرسوم القضائية المقدمة من كتبة المحامين باطلة قانونا

TRIBUNAL OF ZAGAZIG 2 FEBRUARY 1910. MM. Hafez Loutfy Effendi (Pres.); Zaky Barzy Effendi, Izzat Shoukry Effendi (JJ.). MUHAMMAD GOUMA EFFENDI v. REGISTRY OF THE TRIBUNAL OF ZAGAZIG Advocates—Duties which other than advocates cannot perform. (Decree of 16 September 1893.) The restriction of the right to plead before the tribunals to the persons mentioned in the Decree of 16 September 1893 concerning the Native Bar, applies not only to oral pleadings but to all acts of procedure. An advocate's clerk cannot, therefore, validly make opposition to a taxing order.

MOHAMED GOUMA EFFENDI contre GREFFE DU TRIBUNAL DE ZAGAZIG Avocats — Droits réservés aux avocats. (Décret du 16 septembre 1893.) La restriction du droit de plaider devant les tribunaux aux personnes mentionnées dans le Décret du 16 septembre 1893 concernant le barreau indigène, s'applique non seulement aux plaidoiries, mais aussi à tout acte de procédure. Le commis d'un avocat ne peut, par conséquent, faire valablement opposition à une ordonnance de taxe.
