يعاقب على جريمة التهديد بالكتابة المنصوص عنها فى المادة « ٢٨٤ » عقوبات المعدلة بقانون نمرة ٢٨ سنة ١٩١٠ ولو لم يكن الشخص المهدد معينا تعيينا صريحا ويكفى أن يتوصل الى تعيينه بطريق الاستنتاج من الوقائع

COURT OF CASSATION 17 DECEMBER 1910. MM. Bond (Pres.); Ahmad Moussa Bey, Ahmad Zulfikar Bey, Muhammad Safwat Bey, Soudan (JJ.); Abd-el-Hamid Hilmy Effendi (State Rep.). STATE REPRESENTATIVE v. SELIM EL-SAYED ROHAYEM AND OTHERS Threats—Designation of person threatened. (P.C. art. 284.) The threats in writing mentioned in art. 284 P.C., as modified by Law No. 28 of 1910, are punishable under that article, although the person threatened has not been specifically mentioned, if he can be sufficiently identified from the facts of the case.

MINISTÈRE PUBLIC contre SELIM EL-SAYED ROHAYEM ET AUTRES Menaces — Désignation de la personne menacée. (C.P. art. 284.) Les menaces par écrit mentionnées dans l'art. 284 C.P., modifié par la Loi N° 28 de 1910, sont punissables du chef de cet article, alors même que la personne menacée n'a pas été visée en termes exprès, si son identité peut être suffisamment établie par les faits de la cause.
