COURT OF APPEAL 3 MARCH 1908. MM. Hassan Galnal Bey (Pres.); Muhammad Saïd Bey, Amin Aly Bey (JJ.). AHMAD EL SHERIF BEY v. ALY EL SHERIF EFFENDI Constructive election of domicil, Process of service. (C.C.C.Pr. art. 6.) When the domicil mentioned in the process of service of a judgment as that of the party in whose behalf service is effected is not his true domicil, there is an implicit election of domicil for service of all processes, such as a petition for revocation, which arise out of the judgment.

(C.P.C C. art. 6.) La mention dans un acte de signification de jugement d'un domicile autre que le domicile réel de la personne qui fait la signification, implique élection de domicile pour la signification de tous les actes, tels qu'une requête civile, qui se rattachent au jugement.
