STATE REPRESENTATIVE v. ABD-EL-HALIM AHMAD Markaz Tribunal—Judgment—Name of specially empowered officer. (Law as to Markaz Tribunals (No. 8, 1904) art. 5.) The judgment of conviction of a Markaz Tribunal must contain, on pain of nullity, the name of the officer who, under art. 5 Markaz Tribunal Law (No. 8, 1904) exercised the powers of the State Representative in the prosecution.

(Loi sur les tribunaux de markaz (N° 8, 1904, art. 5.) Un jugement de condamnation rendu par un tribunal de markaz doit contenir, à peine de nullité, le nom de l'officier de police judiciaire qui, en vertu de l'article 5 de la loi sur les tribunaux de markaz, exerçait dans la poursuite les fonctions du Ministère public.
