هذا المنشور الموجودة ترجمته باللغة الفرنساويه فيما يلى (فى صحيفة ٩) يتضمن بيان واجبات كل من رجال البوليس والنيابة فى مسائل التحقيق الجنائية ومعاقبة الجناة ويتضمن أيضا التعليمات الواجب اتباعها لاجل ايجاد روح التضامن بين عمال هاتين المصلحتين عنوان المنشور فى المتن: نظارتا الداخلية والحقانية — منشور مشترك ارسل الى المديرين واعضاء النيابة العمومية من النظارتين بخصوص التحقيقات الجنائية
Summary (English)
Joint Circular of the Ministries of Interior and Justice. 18 and 19 JANUARY 1908. Decision of the Council of Ministers of 8th April 1895; Circular of the Ministry of Justice of 20th April 1895; Circular of the Ministry of the Interior of 22nd April 1895; Decree determining the authority of Moudirs and Governors of 13th August 1888; Circular of the Public Prosecutor, No. 27, Criminal, of 27th November 1907. This Circular, of which a French translation will be found on p. 9 (French summaries) infra, deals with the respective duties of Police and Parquet in regard to the prosecution and punishment of crime, and gives instructions for the purpose of insuring the combined action of these two branches of the public service.

Circulaire commune des Ministères de l'Intérieur et de la Justice. 18 et 19 JANVIER 1908. Décision du Conseil des Ministres du 8 Avril 1895 ; Circulaire du Ministère de la Justice du 20 Avril 1895 ; Circulaire du Ministère de l'Intérieur du 22 Avril 1895 ; Décret déterminant l'autorité des Moudirs et Gouverneurs du 13 Aout 1888 ; Circulaire du Procureur Général, N° 27, Criminel, du 27 Novembre 1907. Cette circulaire, dont la traduction française se trouve à la page 9 infra, traite du rôle respectif de la Police et du Parquet en ce qui concerne la poursuite et la répression des crimes, et contient des instructions pour assurer la solidarité entre ces deux services publics.
