السندات التى تحت الاذن المعتبرة من الاوراق المحررة لاعمال تجارية يسقط الحق بالمطالبة بها بمضى خمس سنين (المادة ١٩٤ من القانون التجارى) ولو لم تكن مشتملة على تاريخ الاستحقاق ولم يعمل عنها بروتستو فان هذه السندات تعتبر مستحقة الدفع من يوم تحريرها ومن ثم يبتدئ تاريخ سقوط الحق فيها من اليوم التالى لتحريرها
Summary (English)
Circular of the Committee of Judicial Surveillance 21 JUNE, 1900. No. 10. (Com. C. Arts. 2, 194). Promissory note to order reputed commercial transaction—Maturity—Prescription. A promissory note to order, when reputed a commercial transaction, is subject to the five years' prescription established by art. 194 Com. C., even though no date for maturity appear on its face and it has not been protested, since such a note is to be regarded as maturing on the day on which it is made. Time commences to run from the next day after that on which the note was made.

Circulaire du Comité de Surveillance Judiciaire 21 JUIN 1900, N° 10 (C. Com. Arts. 2, 194) Billet à ordre réputé acte de commerce—Echéance—Prescription. Les billets à ordre réputés actes de commerce ne portant pas de date d'échéance se prescrivent néanmoins par cinq ans (Art. 194 C. Com.) bien qu'ils n'aient pas été protestés, ces billets devant être considérés comme échus le jour même de la passation de l'acte. Le point de départ de la prescription est, dans ce cas, le lendemain du jour de la passation de l'acte.
