Summary (English)
TRIBUNAL OF BENI-SOUEF. Judgment on appeal, 3 December 1899. Appeal out of time—Plea of objection founded on public policy. The plea of objection that an appeal cannot be heard since the time limited for appealing has expired, is founded upon considerations of public policy. Such objection may therefore be raised by the respondent at any stage of the proceedings or by the Court of its own motion.

TRIBUNAL DE BÉNI-SOUEF. Jugement d'appel du 3 Décembre 1899. Appel — Tardivité — Exception d'ordre public. L'exception tirée de l'irrecevabilité de l'appel pour cause de tardivité est d'ordre public, et peut par conséquent être proposée en tout état de cause et même suppléée d'office par le tribunal.
